Women's Lacrosse Places 14 On Academic Honor Roll
Fourteen members of the Holy Cross women's lacrosse team have been selected to the 2008 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league office, including senior Kristine Corkum (Ipswich, Mass.) who led the Crusaders with a 3.93 grade-point average in the spring semester. Corkum and senior Kelly Winslow (Norfolk, Mass.) were named to the Academic Honor Roll for the fourth straight year. Holy Cross' 14 selections were the second most in the league. (more)

Kristine Corkum Receives Norton Prize
Four Crusader athletes are among a group of graduating Holy Cross seniors who been selected as winners of Academic Awards for the 2007-2008 school year. Seniors Kristine Corkum of the women's lacrosse team, Katie Fitzpatrick of the women's volleyball team, Brent Franklin of the men's ice hockey team and Jessica Pietrowicz of the women's soccer team are the athletes who have been honored. Archambault Earns Meegan Award
Senior attacker Amy Archambault (West Hartford, Conn.) from the women's lacrosse team is the recipient of the 2007-2008 John A. Meegan Athletic Achievement Award. The award was presented at the 53rd annual Holy Cross Varsity Club dinner, held at the Hogan Campus Center on Satruday, May 3. A two-time All-Patriot League selection and the 2005 Patriot League Rookie of the Year, Archambault led the Crusaders to a pair of Patriot League championships. (more)
